First Terrorist Attack on the Capital in 1.5 Years

Disappointingly, after only 12 days in the country, Bogotá was hit with a car bomb attack on the morning of Thursday, August 12th. Thankfully, none were killed directly by the blast. All of my fellow Fulbrighters in the capital are safe; understandably, though, some seem scared.
