A Word On Colombia's New President

Hey gang,

I just thought you might be interested in getting a peek at Colombia's inauguration news... The Fulbrighters and I saw military security setting up for the inauguration events at Plaza Bolívar in Bogotá when we were there last week, so this seems especially relevant to me right now.
